Education has been undergoing a sea of change over the decades. Unfortunately most of the developments in education has been restricted to cities and out of the reach of common man. Though there are many small schools coming up in town's most of these schools are inadequately equipped to keep in pace with fast changing trends in education. Especially in towns like Vinukonda there is a dearth of quality schools. That is when the idea of Good Shepherd School first came up.

    Good Shepherd School was started in 2007 as a result of single-minded pursuit to bring academic excellence within the reach of common man in smaller towns and villages. The primary objective of this school was to provide quality education to the people in and around Vinukonda. We work forward relentlessly to achieve this.

    Good Shepherd School is situated at a picturesque hillside place in Vinukonda town, just about one kilometre from the town bus station. The school campus is built on the ideology of oneness with nature. Housing two buildings and large playground, the campus is quiet and peaceful. It provides each and every student the foundation of a harmonious growth.
